Had a lovely 2 night stay with hubby and son. Room nice and clean...thanks Kelly! Always expect some internal noise from people with no manners and was not disappointed. However after 11:30 not a sound from the corridors could be heard. Had a great evening meal at brewers fayre next door and two delicious breakfasts. Just wish I could have eaten more...so much choice!

Great place to stay. Really well kept and maintained. As for the rest, if you read Rebecca Brook’s review, I have had exactly the same experience.

This is clearly a well run site - the whole building was exceptionally clean and the staff at every touch point were exceptionally friendly and chatty. This made the experience of staying a really positive one

My wife and I checked in to our disabled room and were amazed at how small the bed is. We spent the night taking it in turns to fall out of bed, my wife hit her nose on the bed side table twice. After complaining to reception all they could offer was an extra non disabled room with a bigger bed and we travel back and forth to use the disabled bathroom. Hopefully the staff enjoy cleaning up toilet accidents in the corridor as we dash from our sleeping room to our toilet room. For the size of the bed it really isn’t worth the money. Our friend also had a disabled room as he walks with a stick and needs a disabled bathroom and he could get down to the low bed and ended up sleeping in the armchair all night.
