Originally built as an art gallery to display panoramas, a church is very suitable for it's subsequent purpose. Peaceful and calming in both circumstances!
Beautiful church ! Very peaceful and has stunning artwork by none other than the famous French artist Cocteau ! Very artistic place
Very enigmatic rosicrucian Catholic church in the very centre of London adorned by the stunning and mysterious works of the eclectic 20th Century French artist J. Cocteau
Serene meditation in the heart of the bustling entertainment district. Stunning Cocteau mural to your right.
A nice litte jem in the middle of Leicester Square's huslte and bustle. The church is always opened - on day time. Dare to push the door, to have a look at Jean Cocteau's murals and at the tapestry behind the main altar. It's really worth a stop.
There are a few gems I like to visit when in London. Notre Dame De France RC is one of them. Tucked away from view just off Leicester Square, you will not be disappointed with a visit here. I find it's simple beauty humbling.
