I’ve used this taxi. Implant weekly for the last 5 years.

Driver are all really great, BUT over th last month being able to call up and book a taxi is nearly impossible.

I used to be able to call once, the phone would be answered, no problem.

Now I have to call multiple times and as an example I am trying to book a taxi for tomorrow and have phoned “27 times”!!! And still no answer...I’m guessing that either the control room has won the lottery or they don’t need my business.

A real shame, as I mention all drivers and cars are great, but let down by the inability to pick up a phone!

Company has gone downhill since it changed hands last year.  They seem to have annoyed most of their drivers to the extent that they’ve left.

Lost our booking, had no taxis available when flights arrived.  Huge queue that has lasted longer than the flight did.

The lady in the office here has been great - but she can’t produce drivers from thin air.

And after all that, we’ll still face the hefty “airport taxi” surcharge.

Taxi failed to turn up!! Luckily I still made it to the airport in time, thanks to another taxi company that I quickly had to book.

Hopeless. They don't answer the phone, say they have nothing and don't open until 9pm 😐
