Fabulous!! Thanks Enterprise. Lost my I Watch following a night out & looked everywhere at home & then rang to see if I’d lost it in the cab. Didn’t expect to get it back, called them on Boxing Day & they confirmed they had my watch and I collected it from their office in Drayton. Massive thank you to the driver and to everyone at Enterprise Taxis Norwich 5* Service 👌👌👌Brilliant 👍👍👍👍

We've used Enterprise for many months now as they were usually great for wheelchair users like my Mum, but tonight we were not only left stranded in the city, but when we called the controller to ask where the taxi was he was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We'd received the text confirming Enterprise would pick up at 8.30pm and nobody came. Luckily a friend helped get my Mum back to Brooklands Care Home. Will never use Enterprise again.

Phoned up to book a taxi for next day in the morning and the operator stated that they are fully booked and I didn't even specify what time . Never again this company !

It's not often that I do this, but on this occasion I had to. This was not the easiest of jobs, but from the moment I booked it ( I had great communication) to the moment we were picked up in the middle of literally hundreds of others looking for a taxi, the service was amazing. My partner said she had never met a better taxi driver ( Christopher ). This was a truly fab customer service experience from start to finish. Thank you
