Terrible experience. Despite booking two weeks in advance, the wrong sized taxi turned up, promising another was en route to fulfill our booking. When no other taxi showed up, we were informed we were in the wrong for getting in the wrong sized taxi and threatened our options were to "book another car, or don't make it to your event"... resulting in half our party being late for a wedding and being charged twice the quoted price. Rude, unhelpful and unfair.

I made a booking at 6.30am for a taxi to come around 8.15pm. Called earlier to double check the booking was active. After a few minutes a guy answered sounding like he just woke up from a nap and said everything was fine. At 8.30 there was nothing, (I also didn’t receive any notifications thru text) at 8.50 I saw a taxi turning into the bus stop next to my house and park. Grabbed my coat and went downstairs, must have been about 30 seconds and the taxi just drove off. Called them instantly and it was ringing for about 9mins, no one even bothered to answer. The driver didn’t even bother to wait to. This taxi was to get me to work, I even made the booking an hour in advance due to bad weather. Horrible horrible service, will definitely not be using you guys ever again. “Courtesy” taxi.... what a joke.

I lost my iphone last night and after a bit of phoning around established that Courtesy were the taxi firm who had taken us home (was really worried because the phone case had my bank card and more importantly NCFC season ticket in it!). Fortunately the honest taxi driver found it (including all the cards) and handed it to his controller who kindly kept it safe until I collected it this evening. If you want an honest reliable taxi firm (who were very reasonable price wise too); then this is the firm!!! Thanks again
