Just arrived back in norwich in the middle of the snow storm. Called numerous taxi companies but only Loyal Taxis were prepared to risk the treacherous roads to get us home, which is on the outskirts of Norwich. Our taxi driver (number 51) was fantastic, and although we had some very scary moments, he remained calm and managed the situation extremely professionally! I would highly recommend Loyal Taxis and intend making use of their services in the future!

Loyal have never let me down. Was particularly impressed by the driver yesterday afternoon who picked myself and my baby up and helped hold the baby as I assembled the pram. He even let us keep £1.50 for baby's money box. A lovely man especially after a bad experience with another firm that morning. Thank you

Thank you so much to Claire/Clare on Comms for tonight. She was absolutely brilliant tonight - we changed times and places so many times and she was patient and kind with us. The club closed earlier than originally thought and she organised us a taxi and it got there in moments, bless her. I must have made about 5 separate calls and she still remained patient. And thank you to Nigel for taking us back!

May I share the kindness of one of your drivers . I was lost on the way to an appointment when i noticed a Loyal Taxi parked up at the side of the road. The driver found the location i was looking for on his mobile phone and wuthout hesitation said 'follow me'. The 20 minute journey allowed me to reach my appointment . I offered to pay the kind driver who declined graciously . I am very impressed and would use this company based on this experience . Thank you to the helpful and cheery Loyal Taxi driver . ☆☆☆☆☆

I am a loyal Loyal Taxi customer for years but tonight I booked a taxi for 23:30, I received a message at 23:28 telling me my taxi had been despatched so waited for a message to confirm they were outside the house I was at, not a club, a house of 6 ladies of a certain age, having a few drinks. I had a call at 23:43 that I missed and called back at 23:46 to advise we were getting our coats and would be there in a minute to be told he had already left. HE WAITED ONLY 3 MINUTES!!! For a loyal customer. When I called to complain apparently they had proof he was waiting from 23:27 but I have a text advising taxi DISPATCHED at 23:28 so how can that be right?? APOLOGISE OR LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS. WANT ME TO PROVE YOUR INCOMPETENCE. I have used you for years, so disappointed.
