I booked a wheelchair adapted car so I could take my daughter Christmas shopping. The driver arrived in good time. He was respectful, considerate and had all clamps etc for safe transportation of a wheelchair user. The car was clean, bright and airy. The driver was very friendly. I would have no problem in recommending Goldstar taxis. The return journey was just the same and my daughter was very relaxed and comfortable. Thank you for making our journeys just that little bit nicer.
I am new to the area. I booked due to the high reviews. I'm finding it hard to understand why. My experience sadly wasn't a positive one. The driver was very unfriendly and rather glum. Barely uttered a word to us. I'm a friendly person so the journey was awkward. Also the car was dirty and had stains on the seats. Not a very inviting sight. The only positive thing is he got us there safely, which I fully appreciated. I used a different taxiCourtesy Taxis on the way homethe venue I went to called them and heAndy was so friendly, offered help with my bags, dressed in a shirt and trousers and his car immaculate. Will be using them in future.
Very high quality service and very polite driver. Spacious car. Very good driving skills. No loud music or anything out of place like it happens often in ABC Taxis. Will use this company again for sure.
Excellent service. The operative who took the booking was very professional, helpful and cheerful. I was messaged about where the driver was and told when he had arrived. He was on time. Delighted and impressed. Would definitely recommend & will use them in future.
Had a lovely trip to Heathrow airport today. I didn’t catch the fellas name but he was polite and helpful. Helped me with my bag and had good chats in the car. Reasonably priced and will happily use again in future.Service: Limousines

My wife who is in a wheelchair and friend used Goldstar this afternoon. Although time on this occasion was not really important the taxi arrive some 15 minutes late. I understand the driver was very very good and we would use Golstar again. Unfortunately my wife had no change for a tip so asked the driver to take more on her card than asked for. He would not take more. Thank you for a good service.
Booking by phone was easy. Vehicle arrived on time for outward journey. Driver friendly & efficient. Late for return journey for reasons beyond his control. Would be happy to use Goldstar again.
