My card got declined, arranged with the control officer to come back the next day to pay my debt, driver/control officer were very understanding. Great service, would definitely use again. Also one of the cheaper services to use a night time!

Came quick but the taxi driver kept damanding money upfront and kept saying we are safe and have nothing to worry about. Was very sketchy, defiantly won’t be using again

Other taxi companies in norwhich  quoted  me £20 to £25 depending on traffic yet when getting quote from green frog taxi the journey was only £12. This quote is a huge difference compared to oer taxi firms. Greenfrog have never let us down,  they are an excellent taxi service  and its a shame not all taxi firms are like this. Well done greenfrog.

Made this my last call when all the other taxi companies were booked because of the bad ratings that it had on here. Despite calling 20 minutes before I needed to leave asking for a taxi ASAP which they said they could dispatch straight away I ended up waiting 40 minutes. The guy I called was RUDE and hung up on me when I called him and asked where my taxi was. The taxi driver was actually really sweet and apologetic but everything else was appalling, this one star goes to the rude operator, by the looks of all the reviews as well i’m surprised he hasn’t been sacked.
