AWFUL SERVICE & VERY HORRIBLE TAXI DRIVER - DO NOT USE! Absolutely awful service. I had to ring them 3 times as they were 20 minutes late (so much so that I missed my train). The man on the phone told me I had my address wrong, when the driver could not find my house. Then the driver was extremely unfriendly, he didn't get out the car to help me with my 3 suitcases (leaving me to have to open the boot myself) and didn't say a word throughout the journey. The fare turned out to be 10 pounds, which I reluctantly paid, despite the awful service and missing my train. I paid with coins, which the extremely rude driver proceeded to call a 'joke' (the first thing he had send all journey), presumably he wanted a note. Then as I walked away to the station he rolled his window down and shouted abuse at me. before driving off. I must have taken well over 100 taxis in Norwich and this was by far the worst service and driver I have ever experienced.

Thank you I just wanted to thank you for your help this Wednesday in getting us home during the very snowy conditions. My husband doesn't walk very well and we were struggling to get home to Old Catton. We arrived at your office at Magdalen Rd and rang your number and you arranged a taxi. The driver arrived promptly and we were taken home safely so I just wanted to say thank you again

Great company! After my car broke down in the snow they came and rescued me and drove me home (22miles)! The driver Dan was brilliant really nice and friendly and a real credit to the company

Excellent service really helped me out when I got stranded in the snow. Helpful driver and excellent office staff who couldn’t do enough to help would not use any other taxi company in Norwich Thank you Bestway!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Tonight we were picked up 15 minutes late after waiting in the cold for our cab. Apparently they work in a 15 minute window but they were certainly on the edge. The charge was 18 we offered 15 for our convenience and immediately the cab driver declared that he had called police. Luckily one of our group is a servicing police officer. He accused us of theft even though we had offered payment. Absolutely disgusted.
