This is the place to go if your looking for a car. My husband and I needed 2 cars and the help we got was fantastic. After several weeks going back and forth we got there. The staff were so helpful and patient, special mention for Lee, James and Terry. But the queen of Peugeot has to be Dawn Daniels, knowledgeable, helpful, caring, it felt like we had known her years. It was my first car and she made it a memorable day by putting a huge bow on it. I cant thank them enough. :)

So i went in to have a look at a 108. I was helped by Tyrone and he answered all my questions about the car and we booked up a time for a test drive and made the sale when we got back. I am really loving my little 108 he sold me. He was a very friendly guy form start to finish it was a pleasure to do business with him. After also doing business with Norton Way Honda , I can honestly say the Norton Way group are fantastic chain of dealers to buy from. I have complete confidence buying from them anytime.

I took my Focus back for its service and some new coil springs last week. I can honestly say I can really feel the difference in the car and the MPG has gone up by a fait bit . The car also came back nice and clean. I was well Luked after by Luke in the service department thanks again.

Leigh Griffiths contacted me after I showed interest in a used car on the Peugeot website. I had never bought a car from a dealership before and he was patient and explained all the different options very clearly. He also sent me a personalised video before I came to look at the car which was a lovely touch. When my partner and I came to see the vehicle there was a bit of a delay but Leigh apologized several times and we where offered hot drinks. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle Leigh and his manager Lee Muslin helped to work out a good financial deal. Russel called and went through the finance agreement instead of me having to travel an hour away which was very helpful. The car was serviced before I took it away and freshly cleaned inside and out. I would defiantly recommend Norton way in Letchworth, especially if you're a first time buyer. Thank you Leigh Griffiths.
