Thank you for always looking after me and my son. My son had his knee surgery done here, I was seen here also.  Great staff, can’t thank them enough.  Only niggle is the car parking, put the wrong digit and got a bill. Wish hospitals would provide staff, patients  & visitors with no parking.  Understand it is a revenue for the trust but it should change. Hospital is great and staff, fixed me after an infection and have treated me with the greatest of care. Thank you.

Thank you to all the staff at endoscopy today. I couldn't fault the way I was treated from the moment I walked in to the reception area. All the staff were polite , helpful and friendly. From a patient point of view a definite 10 out of 10 from 10 from me the staff were lovely.

Hospital is well sign posted throughout, though there are lots of friendly staff around to help find your way around the hospital if you get lost. The hospital has a café Wilbers Café which sells a wide variety of hot drinks, sandwiches and cakes. Ample hospital parking is available, free for 20 mins otherwise tariffs apply. valid as of September 2018 There is no A&E department.

We loved Dominos pizza and regularly ordered from here UNTIL NOW THEY HAVE DECIDED TO NOT ACCEPT CASH ANYMORE I WONT SUPPORT THERE BUSINESS REMOVING MY CHOICE TO PAY CASH WE CANT ALLOW DOMINOES TO REMOVE OUR CHOICE OF PAYMENT THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE TRYING TO NUDGE THE PUBLIC INTO A CASHLESS SOCIETY I WILL NOT SUPPORT THAT OPTION

Broke my wrist im a pensioner the staff in Hartlepool hospital were fantastic I only wish when it first happened I could have being treated there  as the after care and pysio at North tees not happy with and still in a lot of pain

My late mother was treated here and the staff were wonderful on the numerous times she  was admitted and  afterwards as an out patient..

OUTSTANDING!  I don’t normally review but I was blown away this morning by the best public service I think I’ve ever known. From the Out-patient Dept. greeting and direction upon entering the main door, next through friendly main reception and the efficient onwards check-in to the consultant reception and promptly on-time into the appointment itself. Absolutely outstanding!  Very well done indeed!

I had an operation here yesterday and it was a very good experience. All of the staff were fantastic and the whole place was very organised.

Staff were lovely, from Lawrence on the reception desk who has made me laugh all 3 times I've been in this week, despite being pretty terrified to the nurses and the consultant, everyone was kind, caring and friendly. It's been a tough week, but it's amazing the difference a bit of kindness can make.

I love the fact that you can park near a supermarket and walk to the entrance of the hospital in under 5 mins. Saving about £4.00 on parking at a time. I had to go twice one day, and couldn't stomach paying £8.00 for the privilege. You get to add a few extra steps to your day and save money, win win
