Lovely walk with gorgeous views of the sea. We walked from Whitby to Robin Hood's Bay, which was a nice gentle walk, but did take a couple of hours. At some places you can get down to the beach, but we stuck to the coastal path. A fair few places to stop en route and enjoy a pub lunch! There are also many places that looked perfect for stopping and having a picnic.

Great place for a weekend retreat. Bring your hat and scarf as really windy. Also the public car park is at the top of a hill with steep decline to village and beach where they have very restricted parking.

Robin hood bay - amazing place but very hard to park be prepared to park outside the village and walk in but be ready for big hills this doesn't hide the fact that the village is amazing place lovely scenery great to bring the family to crabbing when the tide is out some great shops and history shops that are free to look at makes this place a wonderful enjoyment. And only a stone's throw away from Whitby so you could make a full day out and worth doing. And best of all we spent very little
