Good site but to be fair needs toilets showers updating the 4 you dont after pay are not. Very good pressure and if you use the toilet block you after pay 50 p and in my opinion you should not after pay as its enough each night £32 also there is no way near enough dog poo bins also plastic bowls chained to washing up area and sinks not deep enough but like I have said needs updating staff are friendly and the pitches are a very good size
Very clean and organised, Dogs allowed if kept on leads. Not crowded and people very friendly. A 10-15 min walk to the beach or short drive.
Lovely site great position. Kept very clean. Very peaceful at night. 10 minute walk to beach for dog friendly walk which is stunning as per photo. Shame fairy garden was permanently closed on arrival which is highlighted in all advertising for site. This did not effect us as we don’t have younger kids. Easy stroll into Filey through beautiful kept park which is all a bonus. If you need a quick walk with dog they have created a 3 minute circular enclosed area on site to let you dog into for a quick toilet so no excuses for dog mess as it’s well thought out and managed. My only very minor disappointment is the showers which are a bit exposed as they are basically cubicles outside which for my teenage daughter felt very uncomfortable as you can have a male & females showering next to each other all be it behind lock doors which open straight out into the open. Site is very quiet and clean so no complaints at all.
Nice spacious campsite 10 minutes walk to the beach 15 mins to the town. Facilities clean and tidy, showers felt a little claustrophobic but overall very good family friendly site.
This family run campsite is a great campsite for both camper vans to caravans and also tents. With both grass non electric and hard standing pitches with electric pitch ups. There’s a a toilet block with clean toilets and a shower that’s 50p a shower. There’s also a unisex shower block behind the toilet block that’s open from 7pm to 8pm that’s free. There’s a play field and even a park area for kids to play. The site itself is quiet and peaceful. It’s out of the way but close enough to Filey town Center. We camped here in august/September 2022 for 4 nights on electric hard standing pitch for £30 per night which is high season. I hope this review has helped please give it a thumbs up also enjoy your stay should you visit this campsite. tip. use just eat or food hub for Alabamas or filey stone bake they both deliver to the site for nice take away food
This small site is beautifully kept. Toilets, showers and wash up area are small, dated but usable. Large hardstanding caravan pitches. The best thing about the site it is in walking distance for all amenities. It was 10 min. Walk into Filey and down to the beach.
Good location, easy walks to beach, town and bus stop for Brid/Scarborough buses. Well laid out pitches. Facilities kept clean, small toilet block which could get stretched if site gets full. No problems early Sept. Will go back.
Spent weekends away at this lovely campsite over the summer.. Its a quiet, well maintained site, the people that manage it are fabulously welcoming. Toilet facilities are 10 out of 10. Short walk to to the beautiful coastal town centre. Filey we love you and we will most certainly be back next Summer
Visited family staying here on this occasion but have stayed here lots of times in the past have had always liked it. It close to everything but not too close. Safe for children to play without worrying about them. My only criticism is the toilet block. It's in need of extending and has been for a few years. It's very clean just not big enough for the size of the site. There is now outdoor showers but most people prefer indoor showers in the British climate. Playground: Great for the children safe. Restrooms: The toilet block is lovely and clean but quite small and certainly not big enough for a person in a wheelchair Dog-friendliness: There's a dog walking area.
Lovely site, well maintained and kept clean. Single toilet/shower/laundry/wash up facility, basic children's play area and a dog walking area. We keep coming back here, as we find it perfect for our needs.
