Staff do not a have clue regarding cleaning supplies.I think HQ needs to train them up.Plus not very helpful and cheerful.
2022-Sept update: Drove there at 8 am on Friday, they were still closed. There was incorrect opening time for Friday on Google, so I corrected now. Very friendly staff. The lad with broken leg helped me to find the disposable & compostable coffee cups.
Disinterested and rude staff seemingly not bothered to make any effort to sell their products. I asked for a particular item and the young woman responded 'Aisle 3' and walked off with no indication where that aisle might be. The aisles were not numbered. Asked the guy at the counter if they had any more items of the product I was looking for and he replied without looking up from his phone that they only had what was on the shelf. I walked out of the store leaving behind a basket full of stuff I was going to buy and decided to spend my money elsewhere. Would advise others to do the same.
brilliant service - products needed were not available but the manager helped me source alternatives and advised me on products. I've ordered masks, cleaning supplies and hand soap in larger quantities and needed them quite quickly - delivery was very fast and I will definitely be using again.
The worst ever customer service. Have a conference tomorrow for 200 people. Ordered cups and saucers on Monday for next day delivery. Nisbets blagged me and have me 3 different stories why goods not arrived. When I suggested I should 're order today for tomorrow morning delivery they wanted to charge me extra for early delivery. What an absolute joke!!!!!
People behind the counters are so cool and happy to help. And give advice if they can if not will look information up for you. Proper customer service good to no these type ov staff still exist. Well done all
What an excellent idea - a Nibets in my locality. Not a huge store but order in advance and all will be well. A good basic range of cooking essentials and wonderful staff.
I have been buying from this shop since day 1st and it has been 100% all the time. Very welcoming, friendly and professional staff led by Dan efficiently.
