I'd like to commend and highly recommend the staff at Halfords Leicester for the great service and courteous way in which they dealt with an issue with my daughters bike.  In particular I have to mention 'JAY' who was not only kind and friendly in manner but was caring, efficient, professional and very generous in dealing with the issue with the bike!  He is an asset to the team and because of him I have and will continue to used that branch again and have no hesitation in recommending the branch to others...THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

I needed a car key battery replacement at the weekend and went to the Abbey Lane branch. A staff member called Tom did it for me and was very pleasant in his manner and effective in doing it. As I waited I was struck by how customer friendly all the staff were, helping with all sorts of enquiries. A good place.

Staff were great! When collecting the bike, I asked their member of staff 'Reece' if he could make some adaptations to suit my daughters needs as she requires an attachment to ride the bike. He was really helpful and did a great job!

I had front and rear camera installed the broke a clip the held a wire loom. The paid for a replacement and sent me to the Halfords Autocentre near frog island area and the manager booked me in and fitted it. He did an excellent job and showed me that everything works before he handed the car back to me. If is wasn't for this garage i may of gave a bad feedback

Had a really positive experience here. Just went in for a bulb change, but when it went a little awry, the guy kept at it and persevered until it was all sorted. Excellent customer service all round.

Just had a windscreen chip repaired by Claire, she had brilliant customer service and a speedy repair. I would definitely recommend to anyone!! Thanks again Claire

Actually  really good and stocked what I needed with some realistic prices  . Halfords have come a long way from past experiences  pre covid and the website availability  matches  store stock so no fear of not being able to get what I needed .

Good staff helped me with buying and then fixing bike.

I visited Halfords yesterday to buy some products for my car they offered me a vehicle check. The bloke that done the check was Tommy very polite and very helpful he went above and beyond and sorted my car out highly recommend Halfords thanks Tommy

Total joke got a message order ready when I picked it up it was totally wrong. Though checked by 3 staff, it took me to point out it was wrong. Then there excuse was we have paint stollen regularly. So what, if you had checked my order properly then you would not have told me it was ready! Then, because I paid via PayPal, they can't do a refund, I explained I don't use a card, and then it was my fault. Will not be going back !!!
