Shocking customer service from start to finish.nWent in to have wiper blades fitted.nThe whole saga is too long post but to cut it short I ended up having my old wiper blades refitted by a very rude member of staff, not one of them had an ounce of customer etiquette between them.nWill not be ever going back and certainly wouldn't recommend anyone else to either.

Great service by Frara ?. Needed car paint, and he helped not only with getting the right codes, but also finding the product in the store. Gave advice/ recommendations too on which type of paint to use. Would recommend.n+ Rep

Helpful staff at reception desk after needing a new car battery. Didn't have the exact one for my car but provided a suitable alternative. Had the old one removed and the new one fitted within 40 mins. Good service.

I came in store last Tuesday and brought in my electric bike charger to be repaired because it wasn't working. They took my charger and my phone number and email and told me that they would let me know when it would be ready. I have a guarantee so I was told that it would be fixed or I would receive a free replacement if it was not repairable. After a week I have not received any calls or emails from Halfords. When I try calling them they say that they would call back later because they are busy but still I have not had a call from Halfords. Today I went back to the store to find out that they have still not looked at my charger after a week and I would not receive a free replacement if it is unrepairable even though I am still covered under a guarantee. The service at Halfords is terrible...n100% would not recommend using Halfords to anyone I know.
