Steve was an excellent help with our search for the perfect bed! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Great quality and was able to stick to our budget! I also love how the store is open extended hours, meaning I was able to visit after work!
Bought a mattress from this branch. AMAZING customer service. We havent actually received the mattress yet but not only did we love everything in this store, Jerome was just the nicest and most helpful salesperson I have ever encountered in a mattress store, and I have been to quite a few. I'll leave a review on the delivery service and the actual quality of the mattress when we receive ours, but this review is specifically for Jerome and how wonderful it was to shop with him.

It feels like a warehouse but it's full of beds so that's what you expect. The staff were friendly and attentive but not pushy. I was given a cup of tea while I tried out the mattresses and made a decision. It was a good price and delivery was free, a small fee for taking away my old mattress and the extended warranty included a mattress protector. Will go back for my next mattress
Good place, I was asked if I needed help almost immediately after I stepped in but not pestered at all. A little concerned about sanitation post COVID but I did see someone spritzing one of the beds so they are at least making an attempt. Masks were worn all round and hand sanitiser was available.
Great service from start to finish a real credit to Jerome. Listened to what we wanted and was extremely helpful! No pushy sales talk and got a free set of pillows from him! Keep up the good work
We had a great sales man called Steve was very patient with us and helpful would go back for my next bed
