Such a helpful manager after having so much trouble getting my online order and speaking to customer services everyday for 10 days (stalker) with no luck she rang them for me and gave me my items out of store thank you so much

Completely useless staff,they "lost" a pair of trainers that I reserved in the same store(I actually held them in my hand) and I had to wait in a 45 minutes line for nothing. Don't bother with them, just order online.

I had ordered a pair of trainers from JD Sports On a Sunday, Received a Text message on the Wednesday to say that they had been dispatched and gave me a tracking number. After they had still not arrived the next Monday & no update on the tracking i thought best to give them a call as it is the Week before Christmas and they are a Christmas present. When calling i was told that the item was out of stock? Why had you sent me and text message to say that they had been dispatched if they were out of stock. So now i am left with no trainers a week before Christmas I can't order an alternative pair from you as you don't do next day delivery. Safe to say that the Communication Skills were awful. I would not be ordering from you again. You would think that for such a large store they would be able to do something as simple as keeping their customers updated or at least communication the correct information. I would not recommend ordering from them.
