Debenhams

Went to the store and bought a few clothes that were on offer and reduced prices. But when I went the counter to pay , the lady said the discount is only for Debenham card holders . Disgraceful as they should clearly display that discount is only for card holders!!!!! Waste of customer’s time !!!

Went today to get a mother of the bride outfit. I hadn't got a clue and was going around in circles but then a Personal Shopper came to my rescue. Excellent service which I would highly recommend. I now have a beautiful dress, wrap and hat. Thank you and I will definitely use this service again.

Ordered stuff they sent it to wrong address then told me I still have to pay for it and they can't do anything about it !! Very rude and still have orders going to wrong address but they can't cancel it what a joke

It's a pretty big Debenhams. Guess it was quite well kept but not really anything special. Not a big fan of Debenhams in general but it was fine.

I came in store feeling down the most amazing lady Kerry on the buxom counter offered me advice on make up and then gave me a make over ! I left feeling a million dollars and the make up stayed put all nite no smudges or smears !!! Will definitely be going back ! Kerry is a total asset to your store ! This is the first review iv ever written but felt amazing service should commented on
