Service you would expect. I purchased a stunning suit and a pair of heels and from when I walked into the door from when I walked out my experience was impeccable. The staff was also amazing with my children, who are quite well behaved, but we going out of their way to make them feel included as well. One woman even painted my daughter's nails for her as a surprise and gave each child little sample sizes of lipstick and perfume.

This store is beautiful! Well laid out, and impressive displays. I bought a cheap (for Burberry) item for my partner, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Walked in with my mind getting their well known beautiful trench coat. Itka was quite new back then (October) was knowledgeable and lovely, served us coffee whilst waiting. His colleague who seemed more experience may of had an off day wasn't as helpful when he offered me a free delivery service after the alterations were done, she in the end said no. But cracking experience and I love my trench coat!

Around the 10 of January, (just over a month ago) I visited this store, and was greeted excellently by a member of staff whose name escapes me but she was blonde and I think she had tattoos on her forearm. When I asked to select two perfumes to mix together (a men's cologne and a woman's fragrance) she was very helpful and made no judgement at all. I hesitated to share this, as I am LGBT and not entirely open in my identity, but how I present and smell is important to me- However, as Burberry has made a great stand in support to the LGBT community recently, I feel this little act of understanding and kindness should too, be duly noted. To that particular sales assistant- Thank you. I hope such experiences can become the norm and inspire more people to follow suit. Many thanks again.
