They don't scan parcels in so long story short, they steal parcels and don't return them to the sellers. AVOID! Don't send your parcels collect+ here. The staff is rude and don't want to check anything. I will not be going back here.
Something seriously wrong with the misogyny and aggression of the man in this shop who sadly is influencing the young person working here too. Behaviour so up and down....too stressful to know if they will be friendly or not. Just an awful experience now and unable to recognise how his own behaviour effects others. Shame how much its all changed!! Communication is poor here and they must lose many customers due to this. Its sad really After all these years I will be going elsewhere now.
Seriously such a rude woman in this shop. As soon as I walked through the door she bashed on the screen and told me I can't being my pram inside.i brought a drink and received NO change. I wanted to drop of a parcel and there was a gap in the packaging and she refused to give me some tape so I can send it off. I had to go back home and find tape! Awful shop and awful rude customer service. I will never go back in there.
The woman working in tis store has no manner and don't know how to talk to customers. She was insisting that my collect plus label from Zara return is incorrect and I have to contact the company to print new label. I explained I have done the same return label in the past without issue. she was rude and said thats my problem if I want to send it back then I have to go and print new label. I went to the polish shop next to Sharon in Mitcham same day with same label they did it without problem. That woman was saying its not accepted by the machine I think she has no clue how to access the machine for collect plus and for sure no customer service manners
A local convenience store. Good staff.
this used to be a very nice local corner shop. Ever since the new owners took over I just don't like going there anymore. The owner is on the phone 24hrs, with a minimum attention to you. She doesn't even put the call on hold when serving you. Prices have gone up as well. Prefer to go to a different local shop even it this means to walk a bit further
Good store to pop in and grab a few things if you can't make it to Asda or Sainsburys. Workers are nice enough but always on the phone. If I remember correctly there is a free cash withdrawal machine outside because they don't accept debit for small purchases. The hours aren't great though.
Rude woman. Shouts at anyone who returns parcels via collect plus. Her response is if you don't like her attitude, then don't come to her shop. Well if she doesn't like being an agent for collect plus - she can close up shop and pay her £190k directors loan from the sale
Good store to pop in for small purchases if you don't want to go all the way to a supermarket, prices are alright however have discovered some OOD products, also shop keeper seems to be on the phone a lot, still using it even when serving customers which is a tad unprofessional. Terrible place, the lady was very rude and it's not the first time! I gave them a few chances but everytime is the same. I went in a few times and she was talking on the phone whilst serving me and other customers! For real? Then she wouldn't let me bring in my 2kg chihuahua which i was carrying and today she refused to serve me in a collect+ return because my parcel was too big! Why do you even provide the service when you cannot offer it? This place is shocking. Not returning.
