This rating is for the excellent service I received from a gentleman called Jean when I visited the store today. He approached me to ask if I needed help and stayed with me until I found the products I wanted with his suggestions. He was so nice pleasant and helpful, I wish every shop had a 'Jean'!

I was served by rabia today who seemed very unhappy with her job. No customer service skills at all, she never said hello, never smiled, didn’t even ask for my beauty card, and never said thank you or bye as if she was forced to be doing her job which she gets paid for. If you’re unhappy or if you’ve had a bad day dont take it out on your customers. Very disappointed!
I've been coming here for years and it is a good small store. Friendly stuff members but sometimes can be a bit messy, with box cages, empty boxes and restocking shelves. I wish they had few more checkouts since this store can be really busy sometimes. To Superdrugs I would recommend having 2 self checkout tills, to give customers like me and others a choice between different checkout tills.
Small but has a little of everything. Spacious so you can shop without bumping into others. Reasonable prices. Disabled access. No toilets. Friendly and clean.
The nail polish wasn’t staying on and it was smudging, didn’t really dry
Not bad not bad but some of the staff need training..... telling she don't know how to check stock and that i should just go check another store
Regular Superdrug, nothing special. Staff generally unhelpful and try to upsell you perfume at the checkout, even if you're a man. A man asked for help in the middle aisle and the worker said "sorry i can only help people in aisle 1, you'll have to find someone else you help you in aisle 2" then started texting when he walked away. Last visit waited in the queue for 10 minutes while the only person working the tills served a single customer With the perfumes while the lady in front of me She was complaining like "uh excuse me, is there anyone else here that can help me on another till" and myself just waited.
Found staff that belittle people. They did not scan my goods properly so the alarm would go off having fun at other people's expense.
