Top quality shop customer service. Excellent stuff are very friendly and really nice. Product office wide range of variety.
No problems got what I wanted easy and quick
For fish and chips chips especially , peas, beans and carrots, ice cream - Iceland's brand and the Vienetta vanilla ice cream range are good for value ranges amongst the many other offers. Car parking favoured available here too. Wheelchair accessible entrance and good range of products available. 100++ stars for food quality and range. Including service!
Parking nearby,very quiet for a Saturday morning, nice welcome from cashier. Shelves fully stocked. Lots of signage "dont forget your mask. Security on site to implement. Nice recycleable bags if you forget yours.
Supposed to deliver my order by 4.30pm, now 5pm order hasn't left the store and they won't answer the phones!!!!!!!
Well what can I say if Iceland wants to survive they need to bring in a kosher and halal section and up the quality of ther products also increase their selection of fresh produce not bad though very reasonable in price and quality and service
It's always a delight to shop here. Quiet and calm, good customer service.
I have stopped shopping here because the security guard keeps following me as soon as I go in there. Twice now I have turned round to go back to get something and I bumped into him, that is how close he is to me. I don’t know why he does it to just me, because I am not a thief, never have been and have the money to pay for what I get. But the last time I went in there and he done it again, so I just put my basket down and walked out and will never go back again! I have told the staff that he keeps doing this but it falls on deaf ears, it makes me feel like I have done something wrong and makes me question myself.
Staff not wearing ppe properly, even when asked to. Not happy, I will be making a formal complaint.
Great looking store, merchandising done very well and extremely neat store. Really really friendly staff, I spoke with Clement and he let me know what I was looking for was available in store. I had Angel whose an actual angel on the till helping me get my items and Dawn who kindly made sure my items swiftly came down and waited by my car after her shift was over so I wouldn’t get a ticket - THANK YOU. Extremely nice team everyone had a smile on their face, a nice shopping experience in a store I would definitely revisit
