I wanted to return some roof tiles they refused saying I don’t have a receipt. I ordered on line so obviously I don’t have have a receipt. But he still insisted on a receipt which I don’t have. After wasting so much time he acknowledged and said the guy who orders online is on holiday. Then after some convincing I said you can get the receipt. The guys made every excuse in the works to stop the refund. Then he says it has been 29 days and we don’t refund after 28 days. I told him that the according to the order it has been 29 days but the according to delivery it has been less then that. It was just pathetic after all this arguing he was convinced that he had to refund me. He kept in blaming the owners and said I’m under strict instructions and avoided these refund at every cost. In the end he refunded me but made a deduction of 35%. This is the second time they have done it. Wasted time and avoided refund really bad service. Next time I’ll use some other roofing supplies. Very arrogant and bad service.

Definitely one of the last true specialist suppliers in a 10 mile radius probably more of South London, they have everything on the shelf, which is such a rare thing not to be told, order only! Fantastic friendly and helpful staff, even the yard guys are extremely positive. Definitely recommend to anyone in the trade. Well done to all the staff.
After going on a wild goose chase I finally found what I needed with these guys and they were really quick and nice
Used to buy some roofing stuff from here few years back, will never come back as staff were impolite, rude and unhelpful. They failed to collect some returning roofing tiles for weeks and never got the refund for those anyway. Stay clear, do not spend your money here!

Adam always goes over and above to help and is very knowledgeable.
They were really knowledgeable and helpful. I was recommended to a product that can seal materials together within 5 minutes regardless of the weather conditions. It was expensive but did the job. I later used the same product to set a loose bathroom tile. There is parking for 3 vehicles in there yard and they have the full range of roofing products. If they don't have it they order it for you.
