I went their with protest as still my last bonus not sorted out I spend about 35 pounds I 2 transaction as I get some more item to complete thirty pound the person on the till pay now and buy another so we sort out discount as their is customer behind me but when I Brin other shopping he refused to pay my bonus discount. Yoday j went after nearly 2 month.Still not received my 2.50 point vouchers. It's not question of 2.50 it's question of regard of customer when u say some u must honoured it.i already send e mail to admin as well.
Love the shop love the value and verity of products. You may want to avoid shopping here in the morning as the staff member on tills lacks customer service. Its a shame because the evening and weekend staff are always helpful.
Had mostly what I wanted. So quite pleased
Staff are too young and busy talking and messing about rather than doing their job
Garbage product selection, dirty floors, and not very good prices. About a year ago the prices were ~25% cheaper than Aldi or Lidl but now they are on-par or worse, and when I went in there they were not selling any fresh milk or really any milk. The store also looks a bit dated and in need of refurbishment. Their website is also out of date as it mentions the Morrison's store opposite but that store has now closed.
Almost every time I shopped there they overcharge me or charge me twice for one item. So please check your receipts when you leave the tills next time you shop here.
Similar to Iceland, in that they mainly sell frozen items. They also sell gadgets and toys
Friendly staff value for money
Store needs a deep clean. The floors always feel sticky/mucky when walking around. Also, seems to have a new batch of staff that are not as helpful or as friendly as the old staff. Hope they can go back to their previous standards.
Shopping experience was great staff were helpful and friendly.
