My recent experience with HPS Merton was outstanding. Lucy and the team were wonderful. I walked in to find an organised, clean and well stocked branch which will most certainly have my custom continuously. The phones were answered promptly which was a bonus too as it shows such a high level of customer service. Well done Merton team
Very helpful service, which you do not get from Screwfix, Selco, B&Q I went there first!, James other, not the ginger managed to solve a plumbing issue which the likes of Screwfix, Selco and B&Q couldn’t! HPS saved me good money. Excellent products, competitive prices, happy customer, will definitely use again.
Needed some help with a plumbing problem, James helped me by looking down my pipe and recommended cleaning my pipe with his finger. He was so gentle and professional. My pipes have never worked so well.
Dillan was extremely helpful. Stayed for almost an hour after closing to help select all the components we needed and was willing to stay longer - great customer service
It's not big place but you will get the help and advice you need. Coffee is really nice too. It shows difference of being professional and expert.
Great service. Really helpful and spent time to help me find the best solution to a tricky problem. Saved me a lot of time and money and made very little on the sale themselves. Very highly recommended.
Great place - top staff, especcially ginger James - give that man a pay rise
