I was call 4 time , and every time I hear delivery will be by the 10 minutes after that I was call one more time to make sure did they even come , I was get answers yes 10 minutes. After that they don't answer phone . When I finally started drive to home 4:45 I was got phone call 4:55 from driver I'm up front good luck
I would say, Selco Mitcham is the best brunch in southwest London, and probably in the whole of London. The staff are always friendly and willing to help you with any requests you may have. The store looks clean and tidy, shelves are reasonably full most of the time. Management always reschedule the layout of the stock on the shelves, so the store looks even better. This also improves the ability of the customers to allocate the right item or material without wasting their time. Busy times are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. This is when most of the deliveries are coming. But the goods-in staff do their best to cope with the flow of the incoming lorries and stock, so everything is cleared out in a matter of 30 min after the delivery has arrived. 5 stars for them for that kind of commitment. Wired to say, but at some point I was very happy while working there. All the best, to all of you.
Appalling customer service. When called to ask if the cutting service would be open, they Gave a time and when we showed up they said they already closed, without apologising, nor offering any solution to the problem they caused. We travelled over an hr to get there and left empty ended. The absolute laziness and bad attitude are the only remarkable memories this experience left us with.
I always have a difficult time at this store, counted 10 staff and no one willing to serve me. People just walk pass, shocking. The word excuse me, peeps just doing understand. This is not my first negative experience, when you've had over a dozen negative experiences it's time to let the public know.

I used Selco mitcham today, i get alot of yard sales, I went in and ordered my materials, she said I'd have to trolley out 20 bags of cement, I informed her there was a minimum of 12 for a trolley ordered, she insisted there was no limit, so we struggled with the trolley as it's maximum weight to carry was 250kg, we had 500kg, thanks selco. They were not even busy , very unhelpful branch..
Local builders merchant. Visited here with our builder when doing some home renovations. Everyone seem to know everyone, and there is friendly banner between staff and builders. Although i never visited, there were signs for an on site cafe. Wonder if they specialise is builders Tea.
Awful experience in this branch. Two separate employees were rude to me on two separate occasions during one shopping trip. One of them, Paul, also blatantly lied to my face then he was also quite rude to his colleague about it right in front of me. This is far from the first bad experience, I have been too many selco branches and had similar experiences. Selco you have a great product line what is literally the only reason I go to your branchs now. From the top down you need to get your house in order in terms of how you treat your customers. Edit. 6/6/23 So I have been going to this branch quite a lot recently over the last couple of months and they seem to have really improved. Upgraded to three stars.
absolutely terrible customer service after waiting a week or so, they called me saying they can’t deliver 24tonee stones. but they delivered it for the past three weeks before i placed this order. the customer service is shocking. you need a man on the customer service desk not a mouse
Ever time I have to buy materials 2/3 times a week and I come to selco Mitcham I get stressed, no one single time I have a nice on this place, never have all the items we need and when you ask a member of the store they get annoyed because they have to do something they don’t wanna . Such bad energy
