Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are small but clean. Bathroom is a wet room which is not to my taste. Staff are very friendly and do all they can to make you welcome. good selection at breakfast.

Fantastic location. Helpful staff. Great price. Breakfast is as described. Comfortable bed and clean linen. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Would stay again..

I don't know why anybody would recommend this hotel. It is not expensive, but you have to go 4 stations from central station and then you still have to walk 10 minutes to the hotel. The hotel itself is not special at all, the room is tiny, the bed takes up almost all the space, so I had trouble to get from the window to the bathroom. From the bathroom came a nasty smell the entire stay. The breakfast was tasteless. It was okay to stay there for one night, but I'd recommend a hotel in the city center to spare you some trouble.

The hotel is well located, clean and friendly. My room was in the 4th floor and really quiet, so sleep was easy. It is walking distance to the Metro station, and close to Jesmond centre. The continental breakfast has lots of choice and is of a reasonable quality. If you book direct, they offer discounts. I'll stay here again.
