Service poor. Went in to pick up an order I had made in store the previous week. They couldn't find it for a while. I had to insist three times they went to look . Eventually as other shoppers were watching the manager came over and looked herself. She found my order. The address wasn't very clear on parcel. No apology . No explanation. Won't be going in again

Well set out, plenty of stock, includes a lypsy outlet and the staff were really helpful and keen to assist as well as being friendly

A very good next because it's big so plenty of stock in. No cafe. No toilets and staff can be thin on the ground which you notice when trying to get served there's no one on tills. But still it's full of clothes!

Love this shop! It's not 1 of the biggest next shops so obviously the stock isn't as much as other larger stores but you can order & collect anything that's not in-store. The staff are always friendly & helpful . Best place for children's clothes & homeware in my opinion.

The worst shopping experience ever, long wait at tills, if you are using home delivery would be better if had it's own queue when fussy customers want to oversee packing of every item. Only went in for slimming world ready meal, will not go again. No apology from staff for wait doesn't deserve one star but can't give less
