Visited the store for the first time today. Probably me being a daftie but holy cow I struggled to find the exit once in! We entered through the carpark and didn't even park there then when trying to leave the store, we had to ask staff as was so confused... It'd been a long day. Didn't buy much as like all supermarkets prices have gone daft on some bits. Good sized store though and parking looks good too
I placed a click and collect order. We used the check in feature several times and pressed the buzzer multiple times. We were left waiting to collect for over 40 mins. In that time, I saw 4 uber drivers pull up and give up due to the long wait. Eventually I rang customer support, they kindly put us through to the store, who couldn’t confirm how long the wait would be. We then proceeded to wait a further 15 mins.
Five star for parking facility, its free but you have to pay 1£ first and once you do 5£ worth of shopping you can get the 1£ return in exchange you get 2 hours parking which is great, or else 1£ for 2 hours parking which is also good. Quite a good size Asda good customer support and everything is available as you expect.
Went to Asda Stockport for the first time in at least 15 years. Used to have helpful polite staff, obviously picked the wrong night. Thank god we have an Asda in hazel Grove now, won’t be going back send some of your staff on a course concerning manners. Lifts weren’t t in use, what a mess.
One of the best supermarket in uk. Price is reasonable. Few item really cheap. They really have huge stock. They also have pharmacy.nI have checked few items price little higher.nThey also have clothes unfortunately not much option for men's
