We booked an 8 seater taxi for a family event to Newcastle & return. It turned up on time, the driver was professional & friendly and even matched the music to our celebration. Our return journey was equally as good. Excellent service and value, would highly recommend
Booked them due to hearing good feedback and doing child school runs booked them for a 10 day school run all lads were very chatty to my son and this made me at ease that my son was OK going in there car as he doesn't speak much so I thank all the lads who picked my son for the school run definitely recommend

Good service- rang and ordered a taxi- they said it would be around 10 minute wait and it turned up in good time- would use these from now on
We used this company to go to and be picked up from the airport. Made reservations for both trips. On the first journey they were late and then told me they were unable to accept card payments, so had the worry of where to get cash from when we were already late. On the return pickup they didn't despatch the taxi until we were already outside in the freezing wind and rain for over half an hour. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING A BOOKING?? Do NOT rely on them for airport journeys.. They actually add to the stress. Would definitely not use again.
Well its the first time we used them. Spot on. On time. Friendly on telephone when I rang both times.and allowed my small dog in taxi home. Clean taxi and friendly driver. Highly recommend.
Taxi driver furioused to take my friend home at 1oclock at night because the fair would be under £5. She was in little shorts and had to walk home alone in the dark.
Good back-end support, but loose ends in terms of actual service leaves a desire for betterment. Our driver was very rude and we requested a change. The company changed the driver thankfully, but then they also downgraded us from a sedan to a hatchback due to a "breakdown" of our sedan!! Add to it persistent unnecessary payment reminders, in-spite of clear offer to hand over cash to appropriate personnel. After cash was given, the supervisor came to us saying the driver had lost cash somewhere!
