Absolutely terrible waiting 35 minute on Sunday mid afternokafternoon it's disgusting constantly waiting wasting precious time on life. So disappointed with the service we used them for years and it's just getting worse and worse so moving on to much more efficient taxi line with much better service.
Absolute joke of a company. Booked a taxi for 11.45pm about 4 hours in advance and didn't turn up. Called to see where the taxi was and they said they couldn't tell us how long it would be. How can you run a business like that?!
Mint and so is holywell. There much better than radar as i know cos i worked on the desk for them. My partner and i use central/holywell all the time. All i want is a job on the desk So give them a ring the cheap honest and reliable
Very rude driver, didn’t know where he was going even tho he had a sat nav. Took a detour and told us to take money out at ATM. Didn’t give me change back. Not using central again
A joke alright was first in the queue and four people got taxis before me and the price of the taxi was 80p dearer than other firms I for one will definitely not be using this firm again they are a disgrace

Their absolute imbecile of a taxi driver took off after another taxi was called by someone else, as we were about to get in. Waste of time and money, rude drivers.
Rude on the telephone, and driver did not arrive at requested pick up point. Poor service. Would never use again
