I booked a Blueline taxi on the 08/06/2019 for 1245 am on the 09/06/2019 for a lunch appointment, at 1255 it had failed to appear I phoned again at 1305 again the controller said it was the drivers fault. I enquired if there was any more taxis and controller's reply was no. I was now going to be very late, the driver said he was informed only 3 minutes before? I have informed this company that I will never use them again nor would I recommend any one else too . This company does not care for its customer's or the service it provided.
Reallly annoyed with blueline taxis.i was told taxi would cost 24 quid on the meter by the operator when i was ringing for prices from various companies, but the price was 32 on the meter when i got home. I rang the office to check whats going on and they even said the price should be 24 for the 2nd time and it would be passed to management. Iv looked on the website and done the fare check and it says 30 quid round about. This was ordered on the phone due to the competitive price the woman told me. I can understand a few quid here or there because of traffic or stops but the roads were clear no traffic whatsoever 0 stops at roundabouts or traffic lights and driver drove 50 all the way down the a1, the fare got to 30 quid before even getting within 3 or 4 miles of my destination i then had to tell him to stop at a cash machine on the way to take out more money to afford to pay the driver.im very annoyed that phone operators tell you 24 then verified 24 again when i rang while in the car to find out why but then the meter shows almost a tennor difference,especially when the taxi is postcode checked one end to the other with clear straight roads and no diversion or issues. other customers may be given prices and then massive increases on arrival which is unfair with many people im assuming to not mention out of fear of making an issue.

Would have given them zero stars if it would have let me. Terrible service. Avoid unless you want to be walking home at the end of your night.
If I could leave zero I would. Worst taxi firm in the north east
