Abysmal service, rang at 10:30pm to book for 00:30, heaton to sunderland, all confirmed, got a phonecall 3mins before pick up time that no taxi was coming as none of the drivers were prepared to go to sunderland! Totally shocking, now stranded! Never using again, they cant be relied upon 😠

Wouldn't book though silver line eva again as theu said my taxi was around the corner then a am waiting for over 15 minute's phoned bk up to be told the taxi hasn't been ordered in the first place not happy like not the first time either when I had ordered taxi for half 11.45 I have hip n knee problem the whole reason I ordered a taxi in the first place 2 hours earlier which should of been on time but once again didn't turn up
