Terrible didn't realise it was part of the company that I try to avoid at all costs.very expenses, started at £1.00 on the meter to be at £2.80 at the end of the street. Went up 40p standing at a junction to be told its waiting time? I always thought it went on distance covered on the journey. Anyway used once won't use again.
Very disappointed .booked return airport taxi. Returned today.flight was delayed by 4hours rang company with flight number and explained about delay they said they would watch for flight.no taxi on return rang office twice kept hanging on for ages. They said they would try to get a sister company to us in maybe 15 minutes. Gave up on their bad service and got a different company back wouldn't recommend
booked a taxi for 7 people, sent a 4 seater, so we had to book another taxi for the other 3 people, so have a guess what, they sent an 8 seater. bad experience and they ask you to buy local?
Call back service sent all information about which car would be arriving.
