The most abysmal machines I have ever encountered. Virtually everyone around me at the same time had no idea if they had paid or not. I found a slot outside on the road paid via Worthing council machine 5 seconds flat . No wonder on a hot Sunday your car park was half empty.
Gets very busy, spaces are quite narrow. Machines are awful, they time you out! And you must ask for a receipt otherwise it doesn't print the ticket!
Have received a parking fine for using privatenParking having paid in advance at the machine - help confused
Ticket machines hopelessly complicated and inaccessible for those with differences.For example, customers invited to place cash in a slot but NO CASH acceptable as no slot!! Written instructions at top of machine far too small for folk with any sight difficulties to read! Plenty of space and good sized parking positions. Reasonably priced for today's rates.
Car park is OK, though on the expensive side. The NCP app to pay is terrible, andnit's the only one you can use. I gave up in the end and paid cash, which is more expensive. Whoever wrote the app can't have looked at other parking apps to see how it should be done, or maybe they just want people to pay more by forcing them to use cash.
