Car park is OK, though on the expensive side. The NCP app to pay is terrible, andnit's the only one you can use. I gave up in the end and paid cash, which is more expensive. Whoever wrote the app can't have looked at other parking apps to see how it should be done, or maybe they just want people to pay more by forcing them to use cash.
Ticket machines hopelessly complicated and inaccessible for those with differences.For example, customers invited to place cash in a slot but NO CASH acceptable as no slot!! Written instructions at top of machine far too small for folk with any sight difficulties to read! Plenty of space and good sized parking positions. Reasonably priced for today's rates.
Tight corners but was free the night we went! Or we parked in the multistorey and Google is wrong. Parking!
To anyone still using the machines to get a ticket. Learn how to use the NCP App. It's so much easier and because you can extend your stay remotely there's no need to over book your stay length.
Never struggled to find a space here and using the app gives you quite reasonable rates for parking in the centre of town but their new app is pile of garbage. A you can only add one car so I now need a seperate log in for each car and B sometimes your parking sessions don't show up in the app so you have to check your emails for when/how long you parked.
