Lots of good quality playground equiptment for all age ranges. But damp underfoot after heavy rain but great fun . Avoid school turning out time. Playground: Lots of good quality well maintained equiptment. Age range 2 to 8. Advused to avoid school turning out times. Restrooms: Clean, functional
Lovely little park and beautifully clean
Good play area especially for younger children. Zip wire, climbing rock and activity bars are good for older children, but the rest of the equipment is targeted to the younger children. There is gym equipment and table tennis tables just outside the play area for extra things to do. Some of the play equipment has been removed. There is a refreshments van on site. Toilets are in the corner by the school.
The playground has plenty equipment to keep your child/ren entertained. Plus, there is a field directly next to the playground for recreational use. There is also a good public toilet right next to the park. Overall great for children and parents/ carers alike.
Popular park with plenty of space. My grandson loves the playground and we spend a lot of time there when he visits.
Great park for kids of all ages. Play park and zip wire. Exercising park and big playing field. There is usually a mobile van that serves tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk shakes, ice-cream and other snacks you could bring your own mugs for a discount! Though not sure times and days it's there, though Definitely at the weekend! Public toilets are nearby. There is on-street parking, though parking restrictions do apply.
Great place for children - and "young at heart" Grandparents too. The only reason that it did not get five stars is because there wasn't an ice cream van there on the day we visited. Full marks to the Council for providing a superb venue for families.
A fair sized park with plenty for kids to do. It's right next to a huge field for ball games etc. The park is surrounded by 2 roads and a very busy main road can be easy got to via a small path so you will need to keep an eye on young ones.
Very popular with everyone and exercise machines and play apparatus for 1yr to 100 years! Several broken items still, hence only 4*. The Zip wire is great for kids. A nearby coffee van keeps the grown ups going and sells ice creams too.
A lovely playground with play equipment from different manufacturers Wicksteed SMP and Hags. It has a green space for running around and picnics. It also has trees for shade. My girls had a great time. It also has toilets nearby.
