A family favourite for years. Nice tea place. Ideal for lunch or just an ice cream. Toilets convenient. We go across to the beach for a few hours, can usually find free parking. Then go across for a snack or drink and toilet break.

Small park. It has out door bowls. Putting green. Wheelchair access. Large cafe. Selling Coffee tea food ice cream

Very nice, well maintained, public garden. Inevitable bowls green, but also a putting green. The cafe seems very 'canteen-ish', but serves good food. Nice for a gentle stroll - even on a wet afternoon...

A good old fashioned cafe, serving drinks, ice cream and cakes, they also serve an extensive range of cooked food. The cafe is large and airy. You can also take well behaved dogs inside, so good for bad weather. Well worth a visit.

Today(Sunday) my husband and I decided to have our lunch out. Having visited Marine Gardens for tea on a couple of occasions, we thought we would give lunch a try. I had roast beef and my husband had steak pie, both, absolutely delicious. Portions were enormous, with fresh vegetables, and amazing value for the money. The staff are very friendly, but professional, we look forward to our next visit.
