Waited 45 min for a basic order of 2 burgers ...
Both had relish on..(only wanted one)
I ordered a *top up drink*
And when I was leaving, the waitress I ordered it from, giggled and said “Oh, I forgot your drink “( that was another half hour)
I notice in your * comments * section you say “ most people spend an hour and a half here”
We now know why!  !  !
I don’t want an apology.
I don’t want a complimentary drink..
I just would like to say.. 
I sometimes spend £50 / wk eating out.....and after this experience I won’t be using, or recommending your facility again....

Rather pleasant. Good effort all round. Our only grouch was having to sit outside, under awning, with child and dog. There are cafe's in Worthing that accept dogs on leads nowadays especially in a predominantly dog walking area.
