A little slice of nature, it's really not a park, more a walled shared garden built with the mews of houses that sits behind it. It has a path through that allows you to pass into Victoria Park to the west. It's peaceful and full of squirrels that are often pretty hand tame, as you can see. At the right time of year you'll also see Jay's, bats, thrushes and other small birds. It's one of my favourite spots.
It's not big, but has some lovely trees.
Inhabited by squirrels. Part of it is a residential car park and a road. This is because it is located in front of a residential building. It is not always a peaceful place to be because of the cars coming and going. Also, it is a walk through place as there is a school nearby. At certain times in the morning and in the afternoon there quite a few people passing. There are some benches there. Certain people use them at certain times. Some use it as a smoking area.
I find fast electronic car charger here
Lovely place to sit and feed squirrels
A small well kept park. Lots of squirrels who seem to love monkey nuts as some of them will take them out of your hand. Nice place just to sit and chill for a while.
A nice little park with a row of houses that are a lovely example of Georgian architecture. Reached through a triumphial arch, one almost feels like a well-heeled gentleman of a bygone era as one strolls briskly along the red brick pavement.
crazy squirrels be vigilant they lure u in on false temperament aww so cute wanna touch one cuz they jump on your lap and then u get chomped on yes they are carnivorous and evil but so cute
The place tends to attract vagrants and undesirables. Cars park in pedestrian areas. A far-cry from its Georgian heyday. Nothing has changed as of my most recent visit. Decidedly unsavoury.
Like the squirrels and also woodpeckers in the summer but council cut the trees down which doesn't look good. Old beech wood. Fine old houses, Georgian.
