I went in for a collection and wasn’t sure where to go, so I approached a staff member for help. From that moment, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to understand what I needed, guided me clearly through the process, and made sure I received the correct items without any confusion. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and far better than I expected. Really impressed with how supportive and professional the team was.
Fantastic staff. Super helpful. Go above and beyond with tasks out of their job description, most recently helping to free a trapped pigeon humanely. Can see why Pete the pigeon took up camp with such a fab team.
Saw the store manager shouting at multiple employees today. not even just shouting, belittling them. it was an absolutely humiliating display, made himself look ridiculous. Mr. Manager, learn how to manage your staff appropriately, you should NOT be talking to staff members like that. show some respect.
Delivery has become shocking. Last few delivery’s had items missing. Today I have still not received my delivery. Currently on hold for the 5th call. 2 half been cut off after 15 minutes. Others have been on hold for 25 minutes before being answered.bit times I got through, I was assured my shopping was on its way. Not good enough, not everyone had money to go and get more shopping whilst it gets sorted.
One can get almost every household stuff from here.nIn comparison with other 'superstores' it's the only one in mine experience which remains open longer which matters...nThey have nice options in Bakery & milk produtcs. Readymade cakes are also there - handy as other shops close fast in the evening :
