Very good building society to go to and staff are very helpful and the one thing I do have to say is I wish the opening times could be a little bit better i.e. on a Saturday and they could open on a Sunday as well.

my experience was so fantastic.Your business manager ,Janet was truly wonderful who put in all customer service strategies to win my heart to the extent of introduced my wife and 2 children to the bank. Kudos to Janet for knowing her onion well. A A Salami.

went in to branch and was told by manager and advisor that without my card i could only transfer a certain amount of money into another account... today i went to west malling branch and was told i could transfer the money into my savings and draw out that way... bexleyheath wasnt helpful i left the branch in tears as it was really important i paid this money... west malling helped me out i am so gratefull great staff great branch will never go into bexleyheath again there rubbish
