Simon was very welcoming and helpful to us, even when we turned up on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment! He listened to what we needed, was very clear on what we could get within our budget, gave us good and clear advice about the cars on offer and helped us make a decision.  I have been struggling with my hearing since a bad infection so can't always follow conversations, but Simon was very clear with me and helped so much.  We are very pleased with our car, and with the service we received. Thank you!

Alum was my salesman and he was amazing. Does not waste your time- knows exactly what you’re looking for and gets the right deal for you! Very welcoming, kind and respectful too. If anyone wants to buy an Audi then highly recommend you ask for Alum to assist you.

Since day one I reached the Oldham Auto they have been very helpful. Andrew sent a video of the car I was interested in and which I bought and then delivery was smooth. Afterwards I had a few questions and he replied and I am happy.

Couldn’t recommend Scott from Oldham Audi enough! Had a bad experience at another branch where I felt like I was being pressurised into a deal so Scott was recommended to me. He took my requests seriously and really bent over backwards to find me the perfect car. I really can’t thank him enough and will definitely be using his services in the future

I am quite disappointed with the service. Despite asking several times, the finance aspect of the arrangement was not completed correctly, meaning I have been charged the monthly cost for both the old car and new car, only then for Audi to check this and now I need to wait weeks for almost £300 to be refunded. I will be contacting customer services to express my frustration and disappointment. This clumsy error would have caused serious financial hardship for many people.  The salesman was unable to set up My Audi on the exchange day. He said that he would sort it that day or the next day. It didn’t happen. I emailed several times to get this sorted and it hasn’t been. I have now been told to return to the showroom to get it sorted. I have requested the car number to work through the app registration  at home but has not been given to me.  I received no call/email etc checkin after taking the car home despite being told that this would happen - this happened when I used Stockport Audi.  I have been with Audi for a number of years now. It’s a shame that such poor service will cause me to rethink my future purchase options.

Went to Audi Oldham to browse and look at 2 cars which we had seen online. After a short time we were greeted by a sales executive called Alam. He showed us the car that we were looking for and gave us all the information and a test drive. The personal manor and friendly approach is great. The service we had was excellent. Very knowledgable and professional which resulted in us purchasing a beautiful new car. I would certainly recommend Audi Oldham and use them again . They looked after us from the minute we got there until the day we went to collect the car which they had ready and presented beautifully. Nothing too much trouble even aftercare if you have any questions or problems they are happy to help. We’ll done Alam and staff at Audi Oldham and we Love our new car.
