Where do I start? The good news is the starters and the cocktails were great. Staff friendly and helpful even when we complained. The main courses paled in comparison! New York chicken put New York to shame! Half rack ribs and chicken was a quarter rack with a chicken breast. Cheese and bacon fries consisted of pouring cheese and bacon bits on poor excuses for fries. Painful experience when I've been here before and had great meals. Looks like cost cutting is hitting this restaurant as my friend's cheat left him feeling cheated after a tough week on a strict diet.

Went for my daughter's birthday on Wednesday night at 7pm. Waited 40 minutes for our meal which is unacceptable . This spoiled her birthday. We were given a discount but this did not make up for the wait in an only half full restaurant.

All change here . Excellent service good hot food . Great portion size . Really helpful polite staff . Especially Katie ... top marks for customer service .

We arrived at 6pm to a busy restaurant which is fine and to be expected on a Saturday. Things sadly did not pan out well. Took over an hour for the starter to arrive and then a further half an hour for main to arrive. Just an aside here one starter was wrong. I have no issue in waiting for food but when people are sitting down after us and getting served before us that kinda pisses me off! What bizarre food did we order you maybe asking? Burger and chips.... chips were uncooked. Spaghetti and meatballs... luke warm at best. Bad service, bad food and a bad experience :(

Frankie and Bennys has gone down hill and I won't be returning. We used to go frequently before the cinema. I went last week and the food was more expensive and half the size. I went tonight and ordered different things and again, much lower quality and smaller portion size yet more money. The calzone is pathetic now. It's more expensive and it's like the anorexic cousin of what it used to be. We complained and barely got an apology. We won't be returning.
