I can not praise this place enough. It is not my dentist I really wish it was but twice I have had to go here for emergency treatment. Everyone is lovely! I am a very nervous patient when it comes to dentists and these guys put me at ease so much. Thank you Megha for advising me and Thank you Helen for the great service plus all the other staff I do not know names of.

Always nice reception staff and we love our dentist Helen philpot -makes you feel super comfortable. My son has been going since he was 6months to gain familiarity and she’s fab with him. My husband was super anxious going to dentist too, but since seeing Helen he now has regular check ups without problem. Never have issues with check ups or emergency appointments- can’t fault them

Helen Philpott is such a lovely, caring and professional dentist. Does wonders. Can't get an appointment but that's the government's fault, not Mydentist. Hopefully I can get a appointment soon.

Was in a car accident where my upper right tooth went up through my gum causing pain in my gums nose and surrounding areas. I was sent here for an emergancy appointment and the dentist looked at me for 2 minutes and told me, there was nothing she could do and that I was to let it heal on its own. Baring in mind my tooth was up into my gum causing extreme agony. I asked how long it would take to heal and she said it could be weeks, months or even years. I left and immediatley booked the next available appointment at my local dentist in south shields. I went to 1A dentist in south shields and was immediately given an  x ray. The dentist told me what he thought was the correct procedure and even asked another dentist to take a look for a second opinion where they both give me 3 options. I chose the second option and I walked out hours later, happy to have been given appropriate care with all my teeth in place, with a stint to keep my teeth in place while they healed there, I have been given fortnightly check ups so they can check how im healing and received the friendliest care I've ever had.

My dentist Helen did a great job at my teeth on Tuesday. I go every 6 months.

Having been passed from pillow to post by dentists in my area, I got referred here through 101 for emergency treatment. I had been in prolonged pain with my teeth, loosing sleep, and just in agony. I had developed a phobia due to a bad experience few months previous so had just suffered hoping it would away. The dentist and dental nurse that I saw were patience, empathetic and so professional, having anxiety I wouldn’t of been the easiest patient. I’d recommend this dental practice to anyone and I hope I can join here as a new patient. I’m so thankful for all your help.

I called yesterday then this morning and was lucky to get an appointment after being in pain with my tooth . Got my tooth removed and some antibiotics, dentist & dental nurse were both lovely and I felt no pain

Absolutely quality treatment. After a lengthy and exhausting conversation with 111 the night before in which I specifically called back again to confirm my appointment they had booked for me at mydentist walker, I arrived to find that no such emergency appointment had been made and they were not expecting me at all.Regardless, the staff reassured me that I would be seen and I was brought into the suite very quickly after perhaps only 5 minutes. They also gave me a lot of advice on what else I should do concerning my dental trauma which was very helpful. Made me feel very cared for and I then chose to register at this dentist. Also very covid secure. Can't even express how satisfied I was.Great job.
