Very bad service, My wife and kid missed their appointment because our kid had an accident in the nursury just 1 hour before appointment and she failed to call the srugery. The lady called me and started scolding me about respect and threten me with black listing my wife and kid. Said it is NHS rule to black list people if they dont show up. Never heard of this rule. Heard of getting fine or asked to cover for the appointment charges. When I said I never head of it then that lady said it is my surgery and my rules. I tried looking up for this rule on NHS website and on watch dental website cannot see it anywhere.

After being removed from killingworth for nothing less than not being able to attend due to a positive covid test I found watch dental, I was made to feel welcome and appreciated, I've had 4 visits now and the dentists I see are absolutely spot on, filling didn't feel right once the anesthesia wore off so i rang them and I was sorted and back hom within an hour  Some of the bad reviews on here must be be out of frustration or anger because they don't match up at all with the service level of the practice  My nanna has also joined and is overly happy  10/10 watch dental, strongly recommended

Horrible people, Horrible receptionist. Told to come up to sort an infection out then time wasted. Proceed to lie saying they are the only dentist to take on NHS. Got an appointment elsewhere at 2pm.

After being taken off NHS patient list at killingworth dentist.I came to this practice as a NHS patient, i needed some new Dentures which they did for me. I was totally happy with every aspect of my treatment,my new Dentures look & fit perfect  my original Dentures never really fitted properly Thank you to all at surgery,I am very happy with end result "excellent"

Called this morning to try and get my partner an emergency appointment. Receptionist asked what dentist he was with then proceeded to say well ring them then, tell him to ring his own dentist. Sorry love but if it wasn't an emergency I wouldn't be on the phone to other dentists. Totally rude receptionist.

I have a really bad phobia for dentists l had a bad experience years ago.l was so nervous about getting a filling and l need not of been.l asked for the spray to numb your gum before they put the needle in.  I never felt a thing.he kept stopping while he was doing the filling to see if l was OK.l can highly recommend them five stars l would give them more if l could.the staff are so friendly and helpful.the dentist name was Siraj Thank-you so much. Your a genius

Severe toothache and swelling reception staff don't care. Twice I have asked for an appointment and twice been offered over a month for next appointment despite swelling and pain. AVOID obviously no empathy for others in pain. UPDATE You are my dentist, no emergency appointments, with a month waiting time for an absess is ridiculous. I have been seen by another dentist and in process of registering with another dentist.

First time here after needing an emergency apiontment, they fitted me in the same day, made a temp repair and booked me an appointment for just two days time. Fantastic all done and dusted in three days. I was given options of treatment and costs from the out set, kept informed as to what they were doing before, during and after treatment. My treatment was painless and carried out to a high standard. So much so that I have now changed my dentist of 20 yeas to this one. Many thanks to all the team who work there. Steve

Called and spoke to Grace today believed to be the receptionist my son had bashed his mouth and one of his front teeth has visible damage to it it has discoloured having checked online it advises that this can be temporary. Grace was lovely, very helpful and informative and even contacted the Dentist for further advice and called me back within 5-10mins to advise on things to look out for and to get back in touch if we notice any swelling as they can administer some antibiotics for any pain. Will definitely be registering the family here once the effects of covid-19 have passed.

As a local dentist i fully recommend these. I was reading some of the reviews and could find no problem with communication with either the receptionist or the dentist or assistant. I did arrive 5 minutes late for one of my appointments and under rules they did not have to check my teeth but they did. As for pain i felt nothing things went a little wrong but not dentists fault more my body. Very nice and empathetic staff strongly recommend them thank you. They do have a spray to numb your gums if you hate needle before they inject. So title i would give them dentist that does not hurt
