I had been suffering with Pericoronitis in my lower left wisdom tooth whilst visiting my family in Newcastle, I had been in the most unbearable pain & Dr Grime was the only dentist willing to see me on an emergency basis. He worked through his lunch for me, he made me feel so comfortable & talked me through everything. Dr Grime took time out of his own lunch hour to help me & not many would & I am now out of pain & I’m so grateful for it. Thank you again & if I lived in Newcastle Dr Grime would be my dentist! Thanks again!

Dr Henson has been looking after us from years and he is the best and the clinic is clean and tidy and all our family has been on there register for a long time, when they opened. I really want to recommend him for the work they do.

New patient to the practice so had a full examination incl. x-rays. Really reasonably priced £70 for exam, x-rays & scale and polish. Really professional and thorough, the dentist communicated to me clearly about my teeth, explained my x-rays I have an unusual bite and was really friendly. Also palpated neck/jaw area to check for any signs of cancer. Really lovely practice.

I have had several good Dentist's over the years but I have to say this team are great. Very friendly and very professional, I have had problems with my wisdom teeth for years, evan after the previous Dentist shaved them they improved but still got infections. Most dentist would pull the teeth but they analysed my bite and shaved off some more. After a few months I was clear to me that my problem was solved and I could eat steak again :- . Also did a awesome job on rebuilding my front tooth !

I was sent here by my dentist as I have neck problems and needed a tooth root removed which my dentist said she could not do without risking causing problems for me with my neck afterwards. I was extremely nervous and anxious about getting this even looked at and the dentist said he would numb it up today and remove it if I like then I didn't need to get all worked up for getting work done. This dentist was very kind gentle and very understanding of my medical issues and I could not thank him enough for what he did. The dental nurse there was also very thoughtful so I'd give this dentist 10/10. Many thanks. Yours very grateful Teresa Craig

Obviously visiting the dentist is rarely what most people would consider a fun day out!, but having been with this practice for a few years, and recently having to have some emergency work done after an accident I can certainly recommend them highly. Very friendly & professional and make the whole process as painless and fuss free as possible.

Dr Grimes is a caring professional who provided expert dentistry skills and no fuss aftercare following a complicated procedure. Great dentists are hard to find, look no further.

I haven't received an appointment for about a year and a half even though last time I was there I was told i would receive appointment to sort out my front crown which I wasn't happy with. I did ring up to  get an appointment a while ago but was told the surgery would contact me.

Highly professional clinic, very kind and caring team, I was very pleased to choose their services, cannot recommend enough!

Dr Grimes is possibly the Best dentist I’ve had in over 35 years on par if not better than Dr Robert Wayne Quick affordable and friendly Plenty of parking which is rare All other staff very friendly and polite  Big thank you to all  Dennis
