The most friendliness practice I have ever been to. From reception to the actual dentist, so understanding,  friendly and fair.  I called up at 11.30 as I had a concern with a lump I had found in my mouth they had me in that day and check it and reassured me, had the kind receptionist had not made room for me I would have been panicking and distressed all weekend. Thank you so much , its the little things you do that make a huge impact that you don't see. Keep doing what your doing. Thank you so much  for yesterday x

My wife and I have been coming here for some years now. It's a well run practice, reception staff are friendly and helpful, never experienced any delays. Very happy with the service provided by both Dentist and Hygenist.

A very friendly and efficient practice, and all the staff are polite and don’t mind having a bit of banter. They always try and fit you in asap if you haven’t got an appointment. The only problem is later appointments may be a little delayed, but I guess that is to be expected due to overruns and emergency appointments.

Good practice but definitely need to look at disability access My mum dreads going as steps are steep Opening  door is very hard juggling helping mum and holding door was a mission Maybe a ramp would be good as no access for wheelchair

Great place with fabulous friendly staff. Great dentist always open and honest.

Enquired about having my wisdom teeth removed which my NHS dentist could not perform for some unknown reason. I telephoned Heaton Dental Clinic and was given an appointment very quickly. Dr Raj examined my teeth and was able to remove all four the very next day. No messing around, it was done with ease. I was treated extremely well by all members of staff who are very friendly and professional. I have had no issues with recovery - I am extremely pleased with the care and professionalism. If you have any wisdom teeth issues please see Dr Raj!

I was so anxious today going into my appointment due to negative past experiences at other dentists and my appointment with Vanessa the hygienist today has made me feel so much better, she was so lovely and warm and put me at ease straight away. Thank you so much
