Tried to register with this surgery last week. receptionist was very rude, told me they had no room for NHS patients, only private patients get priority for appointments. And was told to call back next Thursday if i was willing to go private. Called back Thursday receptionist put phone down on me when I asked again if I could register. Today I've managed to register with the practice. But told by the nice receptionist there wasn't any appointments for another week.

Poor service as always. Was removed from the system without any notification, reasoning was I haven’t been. The only reason I haven’t been is because they cancelled my appointments. No attempt to rectify it.  Now I’ve tried to go back as a private customer to be told they don’t do routine work on a Thursday. This is my only day off work and they have no solution to help.  Customer service is non existent. Waste of time.  They have the audacity to send texts saying I am due routine work but can’t actually facilitate it.

I have been using My dentist for some years now. I have never been disappointed! It always value for money. Their customer service FAB!

Your typical rude receptionist staff combined with a policy of removing people from their books, even if the person has a perfectly good reason for not having been for two years having caught very severe long term covid is just yet another example of why the majority of people hate dentists. They really are the worst of all medical professions, and this practice is up there with the very worst.

I was treated with great consideration and respect and involved in all decisions regarding my treatment. Felt very comfortable and would certainly recommend the surgery.

Just finished a series of fillings and cleaning with Matthew. He is a professional and explained the issues I had very clearly and respectfully. He ran through the whole process of the options available, and what he would recommend doing, which made me feel much more at ease, as I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. The fillings were very good, and the clean was outstanding. My teeth look unrecognisable. Thanks Matt!!

I had an emergency appointment with a dentist called Matthew, he has to be one of the best Dentists I have seen. Put me at ease and was very friendly. Unfortunaltely, they are not taking on new NHS patients because I would have felt more at ease if he were my regular dentist.

Receptionist is rude and show no respect to ppl. Had bad experience with treatment provided espicially dr sahar.she deserve 0 star.very bad treatment .new patients avoid her.

I've attended this practice for many years and see some changes. I recently had to receive a course of treatment that has meant 4 visits. Jane my dentist is always attentive and explains what needs to be done. The measures in place to make the practice covid safe are effective and the staff team do there utmost to ensure you know what to expect. Not my favourite place to visit but would definitely recommend.
