I had a great experience with these guys. There was no pressure, no hard sale and I got a really fair part ex price. I organised my own finance and there were some delays but they were fine with it even though it took over a week to sort. I am more than happy with my new car and the service I received and I would highly recommend.

I would have given zero stars if that was an option. I don’t know how this man has a business, he is so rude.  So I turned up to view and test drive a car this morning. I wish I hadn’t bothered, a five minute test drive on a 40 mph road is insufficient to say the least. The dealer sat in the passenger seat throughout the test drive but could not take criticism of the car. His attitude changed when I pointed out that there was no power on acceleration.  He became dismissive and stated  “all diesels produce black smoke from the exhaust which I know is not true anyway the car is not for sale”.  When he became aware that I wasn’t going to purchase the car, the mans attitude changed. He was very unprofessional with no customer communication skills what so ever.  My advice would be to steer clear, it’s this type of person that gives all car sales people a bad name. I am glad I didn’t purchase a car as if something did go wrong I believe there would be zero help from the dealer.

Sold me a car that was not fit for purpose, once the underlying problems showed up they refused to discuss anything with me and hung up on me when I rang. Very rude will not be going back in the future. Save yourself money and hassle and go somewhere else

So I had narrowed the car down to the model I wanted, turned up to buy a car that day and not mess about. the only reason for the two stars is the older bloke left me to look at the car without pestering me. However when going out for a test drive with his son he spoke to me  Very aggressively. I have visited 6-7 dealerships the past few days and performed exactly the same road test on Numerous cars without an issue. When doing a hard acceleration and brake test vital to check the engine/gears/abs,brakes   the bloke kicked off. it was a 80hp car fgs hardly anything crazy. Anyway I swiftly left and went and bought the same car from a proper dealer later that day. Bad customer service = less sales. If your going to buy a car you have to actually check the thing works. If the dealer is hesitant what have they got to hide?

Up front and honest with a fair part exchange. A rare dealer with a good range of reasonably priced cars. Well worth a look! 12 month MOT, valet and warranty as standard! 5 stars!

Found Motor mania through a web search, I can't fault them,  gave me a great deal on a Hyundai Santa fe, good Part X  value for my car too. well pleased & well recommended.  Terry Sim Hexham

Great service. No pressure buying. Honest about what possible problems the car has. Even stayed open late to wait for us to arrive.

Bought a car at a good price part exchange mine about 20 minutes later after been to asda new car is in for mot tomorrow
