Absolutely fantastic experience. Steven is a very genuine guy. Left me alone to have a look at the car I was looking to purchase from him. Such a seamless experience from arriving, viewing the car to part ex of my own car. Coming back in 5 days to drive away my new, gorgeous car. Thanks so much, Steven. Bought a Golf R from here, popped by to take a look at it and was met with Steven who couldn't be friendlier. I was left alone to take a look around the car unlike other places with pushy salesmen. Placed a deposit and picked it up 5 days later with a fresh service and full MOT. Steven even managed to make the car available at an earlier date than I had originally asked for. I'd definitely look at buying another car from here in the future and will also be recommending it to others.

Outstanding service from first contact to purchase  with Steve. Discussed the car on the phone and Steve told me upfront of the few prices of work that were needed and he will get them done. True to his word of no hard selling tactics, when I went to look at the car he handed me the keys to inspect it and go on a test drive. An excellent, honest and transparent team to deal with. The car was collected and was prepared to the highest standards.

I could not be happier with the impeccable service I received! From the moment I arrived, Steven was welcoming and friendly; answering any questions I had and putting me completely at ease. There was no pressure to buy unlike other dealerships I have visited, and he left me to look around the car in my own time. The whole process was completely stress free and I am overjoyed with my new car! Thank you MacMillan!

I saw the car I wanted , so I messaged Macmillan. Steve answered.  I paid the deposit and informed him, when I would visit to see the car. True to his word no hard sales pitch and we was given as much time as we need to inspect the car, without interference . Then were allowed to test drive again without any interference. Very friendly people and no pressure to leave feed back as one post suggested. Early days but very happy with the car . I had to drive over 200 miles to go home no problems at all. The only thing is , I am having to go on a mercedes night school class to learn how to use it
